          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           I had a very bad reaction to some tape used on my shoulder for minor surgery and needed to get an antibiotic and some topical cream. If it weren’t that you had to be sick, I would go back and visit more often.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful.           I brought my father in law in. When I went to the check in desk no one was there & I had to scan him in. I think that’s ridiculous. He is an established Atlantic health patient, you have all his information. Why should I be doing someone’s job. And more importantly he is elderly & like most elderly patients can’t do that himself.

          My doctor said I had a heavy build up of wax in my ears and to get it removed. It was a lot more than I thought and it took the doctor a few times to get it out but she did a great job getting it out.
