I was a walk-in patient. I was promptly seen. Quality care was provided.

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

I felt really cared for….Dr. Riley was the best!!!!

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Walked in without an appointment and was treated and on my way within an hour.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
