Scheduling online was easy and when I got there I was seen within 5 minutes.

I was very satisfied that my daughter got the care she needed because she was sick. The nurse took her time to examine my daughter and make sure she was okay. I knew my daughter had an infection because she is never sick for long time. Glad I went with motherly instinct and took her to the urgent care. The care for our children should always be #1 . Thank You.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Quick and easy scheduling even while sick. Same with check in & being seen by dr. Staff is always friendly and caring. Dr listened to all my symptoms and concerns. Would always definitely use this clinic.

Dr. Bean is the best doctor.  She has an excellent beside manner and takes very good care of her patients.  I only want to go when she is there.  She listens to her patients and jumps in immediately to solve the problem.  I wish there were more doctors like her!

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

I needed a last minute appointment and while I was 4th in line, it really wasn't a bad wait.  It’s obvious from the Front desk to the Nurse to the Doctor, they all have it together, they are super nice, and I received excellent attention.
