We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Everything was a pretty pleasant experience except for the receptionist. She was super rude, short and not professional. It felt like she was inconvenienced to do her job at all. Same girl came do to vitals on me. Didn't even tell me the numbers, just started leaving the room. I asked if they were good and she just said "yeah". The doctor was really nice and professional so that was redeeming.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Scheduling was very easy. No wait time. The doctor and staff were very empathetic.  The doctor was spot on in my care. I highly recommend.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

From out of town…In town for Ironman race. Needed toenail removed. I get super nervous going to the Dr. But I was treated with such excellent care and the process was quick and done well. So relieved to be in such good hands. Thank you!

Will not be returning to this location for any of my families needs. Brought my daughter in for a rash and was mis diagnosed, when I went back a week later (after taking prescribed medication) I had to pay again for a re evaluation of the same rash. My daughter took a week of steroids that cost me $70 plus the initial $75 visit and now another $75 charge and new medication. I do not trust this company as it seems like they just want you to keep coming back to get more $$$ and not actually help.
