Long wait time, understandably, it was busy, and the front desk person called me on my phone and asked us where we were...I told her that we were in one of the examination rooms, waiting for the doc, they forgot that we were there. The staff otherwise were great, the EMT/manager was super helpful, and the doctor was a high-quality guy...it was a great experience overall.

We had a really nice experience from the front desk to the designated room, shoutout to Ms Liz for the awesome and fun time and making everyone, especially the young kids, feel comfortable!

Was in a car accident and needed to be checked out. I was checked in quickly and seen pretty much right away. Everyone I came in contact with was cordial, professional and listened attentively. By the time I left I felt like I was well taken care of. Kudos to you all.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and was taken in at 9:05 and had my vitals taken. After that, the NP didn't come in until 9:50. I was given my results and that interaction took about 5 minutes. I had previously received a call regarding my results, but was unavailable when they called. I called back multiple times and left 2 messages, but my calls were not returned. It seems like this appointment wouldn't have been necessary if they returned my call, and informed me that my future care would be at a different practice. It also would have felt better if someone just communicated with me during the appointment that they were running behind and it would be 40 minutes before the NP could see me. My appointment today confirmed that my injury was more severe than I was told. I was told weeks ago that there were no indicators that I had a torn ligament, but I was finally approved for an MRI a few days ago, and the results showed a torn ligament. They told me it was just a contusion on multiple occasions, and that there was no sprain or torn ligament. I went every week and expressed my pain, and how continuing to exert myself physically at work caused more pain, but I do not feel like I was heard or taken seriously. I understand worker's comp is complicated, but it feels very frustrating.

Very understanding and transparent, and quick with their help! I just never got a call back about any results !

We have come to this Urgebt Care twice and received excellent care both times. First, our son had a bad allergic reaction to an insect bite resulting in full body hives. The staff was quick to see him, communicated well throughout, and explained all options and follow up clearly. Our second time required several stitches for our son and the staff was again great in navigaing difficulties.

I got hurt at work and came in to see why I’m in awful pain in my knee.As I hobbled into office  they were more worried about payment.I could barely walk and given a ace badge and told to ice and heat knee .Gven note with wrong date on it so really shocked these people couldn’t care less .Disappointed and upset just focused on money …

Having back pain and home remedies were not working!  Did a walk in and was seen quicker than when I have an appointment with my regular doctor!  Staff so nice and Kathryn Herb, NP was amazing!!

I have some me issues with UTI’s and when this one started and my Dr. had no openings for me I went to this urgent care. I was given some paperwork to fill and went and sat down . I found and even have enough time to fill it out due to being call d to go to the back. I wasn’t in the building for 30 minutes. The told me I definitely had a UTI , prescribed the medication and sent me in my way! Everything was really great !!!

Needed lab work done for scheduled appt. Was able to go in & get the labs. With no issue, & schedule follow-up appt. For the next day.
