I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Everything was good, my only complaint is I have a bad cough and he prescribed over the counter cough medication.   I am not any better possibly worse so I am at CARENOW trying to get help Craig morton  682.465.0817

Staff was kind and efficient, no complaints there. But, two things could be improved. 1. Our appointment was at 9am and it was requested we arrive 10 minutes early. Well the staff did not unlock the front door until exactly 9am and we were called back several minutes later. What is the benefit to showing up early just to sit in our car or stand outside?  2. This office is in major need of some wall touch-up, paint and cleaning. This inspires little confidence in the cleanliness of a medical office when it's appearance has been neglected so badly. Based on this observation alone, we will only visit this office as a worst case option.  Please note: I would like this review to remain private as it's only intent is to help improve the office for the better. Thank you.

Easy and fast but I didn’t receive the paper for RX

The wait time today was ridiculous. I know you were integrating a new system but you should have taken that into account and accepted fewer appointments.

Knowledgeable and friendly .  Felt relieved when we left. Called in prescription and then we were out the door. Will be our” go to place “ in the future. Yes I would recommend them !

Love that I can make an appointment when my kids are sick and get seen that same day! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in is easy and convenient best of all they get seen right away.

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

Was very quick and efficient.  Went for my son’s sinus infection.  We don’t go to urgent care very often, but this place was great!

I had to bring my kid for a pink eye and scheduling was easy and checking in. The office was very clean which I love that. Now my problem was with the staff. Front desk looked bored not a smile not a welcome. The Medical Assistant that brought us back very serious, not a smile, not a small talk with me or my child. The Nurse Practitioner came in and rushed through everything. From taking the information to checking my child possibly not even 5 minutes and gone. As a children's clinic you have to have personality, and a lot of customer service for the parents. The kids are not feeling well and you receive the poor children with a sour face, not a good thing.

Check in was fast, and staff were very helpful getting my son out of the car with a wheelchair. Very informative regarding Insurance. Very professional and compassionate towards my son. I’m happy I live this close to this facility.
