It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

The PA that helped me was amazing, very friendly and accommodating.  Great experience in my opinion.

Everyone was really nice and patient with me especially since I have laryngitis. They took great care of me. Thanks everyone!!

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I had a great experience! I had a tiny thing stuck in my ear (of which I was not aware). I thought I might have an ear infection. Ola spotted it immediately and was able to remove it. I was so happy I hugged her. She not only was able to diagnose my 3 issues right away but was very professional and was so kind with a great bedside manner. Elizabeth was also very professional and cheerful. My experience was excellent, thanks to both of them and I will definitely go back there. I would definitely recommend this provider!

My daughter woke up with a rash on her face. I was able to book her a same day appointment, when we got there the staff was friendly and the doctor made my daughter feel so comfortable.

Super easy to make the appointment and several spot available within 15 minutes. Nurse practitioner was helpful and knowledgeable. I was in office like 45 min since I arrived at office. I did check in paperwork ahead of visit. I recommend and will go there again.
