I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

I’ve been so impressed with my 2 visits there, I bought my husband because he had bad cold & chest congestion. He’s hard to please with his medical care. And he was very impressed with the entire experience. Emily was on top of everything, as usual. Ordered chest x ray, made pneumonia diagnosis & ordered appropriate medications. Great job again! Thanks to all the staff. Short wait time.

The doctor was excellent. The assistant staff members were professional and personable. I'd highly recommend it. The cost was proper.

Swollen finger, very painful. Scheduled for next day appt, waited in clinic, then in exam room ~40 min total. Efficiently diagnosed, tended to, and completed prescription.  This staff, doc, facility, is exceptional. Grateful to have in my ‘hood!

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.

I appreciate the convenience of Sunday hours. We had a slight allergic reaction and they were able to see us promptly. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Great office!

Had a appointment still waited over a hour

I was pleased with my care, but very annoyed that I was charged a credit card convenience fee on an OCA Cafeteria Plan credit card. Not sure if the company will accept the convenience fee charge in addition to my copay. No fee should be charged for a non personal credit card.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Due to a change in procedures at the clinic I am usually seen, I was referred to Chai Care for a consult. From the friendly office staff scheduling my appointment, the ease of filling out paperwork, the availability, the understandable instructions for my telemed call to the provider on the call…..Everything about my experience was top notch!!! Thank you!!!

The staff was attentive and friendly, from check in to leaving. A bit of a wait time but not due to staff. The doctor explained everything clearly and allowed for questions. Will use again if the need arises.
