I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

We went in with my 8 yrs old for X-ray and care. The staff was very attentive and caring towards her and explained everything very clearly to me. Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Had a swollen painful knee from repetitive motion at work and was sent to have it checked out. I was seen within a few minutes and xrayed. Everyone ( X-ray tech, receptionist and nurse practitioner) very pleasant

The wait time was not long. And checking in was fast.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
