The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I wanted longer than I have ever had to before at this location. It was about an hour or more from when I checked in until I saw the nurse practitioner. It didn't seem that busy. I don't know why but took so long. I care I received was excellent.

Woke up today with a cough and stuffy sinuses. Nick is so knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad he was there when I came in today. Service is always quick and scheduling was easy to set up online.

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

Dr was exceptional. The front desk was very efficient

Both reception and the staff who treated me were very nice and comforting

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

I’m was very pleased of how fast the service was. They were able to see what was wrong with me. I will definitely recommend them again.

This was a positive experience from start to finish! Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facility, and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this facility.

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!
