Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

I went in on Friday afternoon. Staff was great and I was seen quickly. I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy following the visit, however it’s more than 24 hours later and my pharmacy never received it. What is the point of seeing a medical professional and being told you need a medication if the medication is never prescribed?

I broke my wrist and was instructed to go to Paoli Hospital. However was not given copies of x-rays to bring with me so hospital had to retake x-rays.

Just had a random check up staff was great and informative

I was in and out of the Dr. Office very quickly. The nurse and Dr were excellent and gave me great suggestions. The receptionist was very kind and friendly too. Thank you all.

Had a rash covering a lot of my body. Was afraid it could be measles. But was quickly put at ease that I was not contagious. It was a reaction to an antibiotic I had been given. Everyone was curtious and very helpful

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

Walk-in Was in and out quickly and everyone was friendly.

The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I walked in and they were able to fit me in.  Very thoughtful and truly present when I explained my kidney and bladder plain.   I would recommend this provider.

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I’ve been to this urgent care many times and have always had a great experience, which is why I continue to go back.  The staff at check-in were excellent, and we only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately, our experience with the nurse who brought my 11-year-old daughter back for triage was not so great. My daughter had a 103-degree fever and was clearly not feeling well. The nurse was not particularly friendly or comforting, which I could have overlooked, but what bothered me most was how rough she was when administering the COVID/FLU and strep swabs. And then again with the MONO finger prick. I’ve never seen these tests performed so rough or take so long. My daughter is a trooper and handled it well, but it just seemed more aggressive than necessary. The doctor (PA) performed an additional swab afterward to send off, and the difference was night and day. He was quick, gentle, friendly, and even a little silly with my daughter, which made the experience so much easier. I understand these tests aren’t pleasant, but a little kindness and gentleness go a long way -especially when dealing with a sick child.
