I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

I thought I might have broke my jaw so that is why I went to Live Urgent Care. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you ladies for everything!

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

No diagnosis, I went because of nausea and weakness. I am confused.  The results that came quickly were neglected, and the sti tests i don’t know where they are or what they did, yet they called and left voicemail before the results came back, they ignored my mention of allergy to red food dye and prescribed antibiotics with enough dye to change urine color, pharmacist mentioned it but just assumed it wasn’t important enough or that it wasn’t necessary to find an alternative.  I had to get a telehealth primary visit next day to find alternative but I do not believe I have relief.  I do not recommend this provider

I had a UTI and they were able to do all the necessary testing..  I spoke to all the staff, and they made me feel valued and heard!!

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Myself and my son waited 3hrs, sick, no triage or even asked "are you ok". Felt like a number more than a sick patient. Felt like I was just there to give money to the establishment Staff was friendly though I will try not to come again unless it's an extreme emergency

Check in & triage staff were very friendly. Physician was not friendly and very contradicting. My concerns were very brushed off and treated in a negative manner.

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.
