Pediatric urgent care near me in Pennsauken, NJ

Walked in without an appointment and after filling out a questionnaire I got right in to see Dr. Rott. She was very thorough about asking questions about my problem. After examining my leg which was swollen and tender some distance from the surgical wound, she prescribed an antibiotic. She warned that if it worsened in 2 to 3 days, I should return or to go to the emergency room. I was very pleased with her professional but personable manner.

Nice environment. Staff was very nice and my doctor Jackson, Ateeya, was extremely helpful and even explained what sickness I have so I wasn’t leaving confused. Recommend.

Physicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Post examination & paperwork was very thorough and explained all necessary steps for a good recovery. P.S. lots of parking! Highly recommended.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Very Fast and Professional service

Wait time was over an hour from our scheduled appointment and that was only to fill out a form for a school physical

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

Had been suffering with a cough and sore throat for a week. Started feeling bad so made an appointment. Easy to schedule an appointment, staff and care was excellent.
