Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

Needed a follow up visit because symptoms worsened and got appt. Immediately.Staff was professional and courteous and I will recommend to others . There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I never have a problem when I go to my appointments, everyone is always pleasant and warm welcoming. The security guard was very pleasant and nice and professional I love this place.

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
