          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful.           Only person in waiting room, no wait time and was taken back as soon as I completed registration. All staff was super friendly and attentive. My provider, in particular, went above and beyond. She really took her time with me. I literally cried because she was such a caring, helpful, devoted practitioner, which I never find anymore.

          Woke up this morning with terrible pain and low mobility in my shoulder. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease for a time within 30mins of the time I was scheduling the appointment. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I was in and out within an hour including getting an x-ray. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. I would highly recommend this provider.

          I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

          I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

          Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight.           Was feeling miserable with harsh cough and cold symptoms for several weeks . Finally went to Urgent Care on a holiday weekend. Was seen quickly and had a thorough examination by the PA. The Staff was excellent and efficient. Prescriptions were ready when we arrived at the pharmacy. Overall it was a very pleasant and friendly and professional experience.

          Made an online appointment easily 2 hours earlier to assess severe coughing. The nurse was able to take the chest X-ray without waiting for a tech or getting doctor permission. Then, they called the pharmacy directly since they knew it was near closing time for the nearby pharmacy, to ensure that I could get the Rx that night. Strongly recommend this urgent care center.
