I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Online scheduling was easy . Once arrived I greeted the receptionist they seem a bit uptight . The doctor 🧑‍⚕️was  nice he explained and answered my questions .

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

Staff was friendly and was in and out quickly. Dr had great bed side manners and listens to me. Didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back when need to.
