The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

My grandson hasn’t been feeling well for a couple of days. My daughter recommended Optum UC but there were no appointments available that day. The website said they were booked up for the day. So we went as “walk-in” and was prepared to wait for quite some time. But we were in and out in an hour. Everyone was courteous and friendly from start to finish. The doctor was quick and answered any question I had. I will be using OUC again and recommend them to anyone.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Where is my test results at it been days now  I have not received my stuff yet and I been waiting
