Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

When a patient has an appointment, upon arrival and they check in they shouldn’t be made to wait behind a walk-in. Who chooses to hold up the line attempting to check in, while another member of their party fills out the medical forms. Receptionist she advise them to have a seat and come back up to the window once the forms are completed.

First time visitor with new insurance carrier. No paperwork needed to complete when I arrived for my appointment because I complete it online before arriving, which was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. Physician understood my condition and prescribed the meds I needed for recovery. Overall the whole encounter took less than hour.
