          I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly.           I don't like that I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to an hour for a urine test. There was nobody waiting in the lobby but me. I could hear the staff chatting with the manager about random topics, and they totally forgot I was there waiting for just a urine test.
