Staff was courteous, the waiting areas were organized, clean, and surprisingly quiet. I love that they offer Xrays and orthopedic items if needed.

Today I needed to see a doctor,  and it was easy to make an appointment the same day. When I arrived the check-in was quick . The medical staff were friendly and caring . The doctor  was excellent, very professional, she explained to me what I had, gave me information, and she answered  all my questions. I’m very happy with the doctor‘s care. Absolutely, I will recommend this provider.

Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!

I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!

I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT
