I went to this urgent care at the recommendation of my daughter.  I was in and out quickly.

I just walked in and the staff was very friendly and professional. The place looks very nice and clean.  It is in the best top 3 urgent cares I’ve visited in my life. 100% recommended.

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Receptionist helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. No wait, was seen immediately. Nurse was compassionate, friendly and professional. Nurse practitioner listened, was compassionate and answered all my questions. Diagnosed immediately and explained my condition and how to handle it. They went out of their way to help explain how to receive a refund because I had just moved and didn’t have my Medicare card. Great experience. Highly recommend recommend this facility.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Absolutely wonderful care.  From the moment you walk in the staff is great.  The receptionist made everything very easy for us.  The medical assistant was great!  She was very efficient.  My nurse practitioner Abby was great!  She’s very kind, caring and though I wasn’t feeling well she was re assuring and professional.  I give it 10  points or more.  I now only come here when I need urgent care.   I highly recommend this provider.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Was able to schedule an appointment within 15 min. Drove directly there and was seen within 5 minutes. Sierra gave me great information, a quick diagnosis, and sent the prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Such an efficient process.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

The staff were all caring and patient, as they took me through each process of my CDL physical. It was my first time there, but they made me feel right at home.

Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight
