The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

I wanted longer than I have ever had to before at this location. It was about an hour or more from when I checked in until I saw the nurse practitioner. It didn't seem that busy. I don't know why but took so long. I care I received was excellent.

No appointment necessary . Greeted pleasantly by receptionist. over very positive experience.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

I went to urgent care was have pain on my shoulder blade and was having a hard time taking deep breath. But all I can say is the nurses in the back were outstanding. Listen to what was going on. I did not have to wait a long time. The doctor or Lpn Elizabeth was so nice to me care and helped me out. Lady at front desk was stern otherwise a good experience

Had ear pressure and pain. Walked in without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes.  Friendly staff and provider was excellent and provided great care.

I have visited Carbon health Several times and always find them very professionals - staff is pleasant and reactive / listen and always ask questions about issues relevant to my illness !
