The easiest doctor visit ever!!! Very clean facility, great staff members.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

I was a walk-in patient. I was promptly seen. Quality care was provided.

Walked in without an appointment and was treated and on my way within an hour.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
