Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. I was seen almost an hour after my appointment time, but the staff was nice.

My daughter was there for flu like symptoms on Easter. The nurse practitioner that day was extremely rough with my daughter to where she was screaming. Didn’t even test her for anything said it was some virus. Found out today it was the flu. Thanks

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

The wAit time was minimal and the staff were pleasant.

Dislocated my finger at the knuckle, called 45 minutes before closing and they sent a link to do paperwork making check in a couple minutes than took Me back within a couple minutes for an exam and x-rays.  Care and staff were amazing.  Definitely be my first choice for urgent care in the future.  Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.
