Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

My daughter had an asthma flare and they took good care of her!

The doctor was nice. The front desk lady was very efficient. The nurse wasn’t very sociable but professional and hoped that I feel better. Only issue is that I wished the appointment time was different than the actual time I was called back. It was probably a 25-30 delay.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Was able to book appointment the same morning. Staff is always friendly and the facility is nice and clean. After explaining my symptoms they ran the appropriate test and confirmed my suspicion of what I had. They got my prescription called in right away. This is a great place! Highly recommend

Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. Tried to get a doctor appt. Then I thought about Nextcare I went theyand the lady was so nice. Made an appointment . Every thing went ok I was in and out at no time.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!
