It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed.
