I went first appointment in the am for preop testing I was called in and quickly given all tests They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Check in took some time only because of insurance issue but Chris went out of his way to get the ID number so I could be seen. Staff and the doctor were just incredible. They took such good care of me. I wish I would receive this kind of care every time I need medical attention. Which I now also get from my primary care providers. But this was so much better than any care I’ve gotten at an ER room or any other urgent care that I can remember. Thank you. I would recommend this provider and already have as a matter of fact

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. This appointment was a recheck of my appointment from the week before for a toe infection. Scheduling the appointment was easy, as was the check-in. The medical assistant was comprehensive in his assessment of my reason for the visit, as well as in checking my vitals. The doctor explained exactly what was going on at this point in time with the toe in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I left feeling very relieved.
