Very good everybody was very nice

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Great experience! This is the second time here and everyone was fantastic! They took great care of me and I’m feeling much better. If you need urgent care, this is the place to go.

Had a huge splinter in my shin and the physician sliced me up like a summer pie n got all the foreign debris outta my leg.. I would’ve def gotten infected n lost my leg..

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

I brought my son in to be checked for strep throat. We were greeted and checked in right away. Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. Went in for ear pain since I couldn’t get in to see my ENT Dr for another 2 weeks. Staff wasn’t very friendly. PA put me on the same meds my ENT had me on 8 weeks ago that didn’t help. Said that’s all she could do. Waste of time going there.

I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

Got in with 4 people waiting. Staff was very nice. Care was nothing. They did nothing for me so why do they let you make an appointment. I waste the doctor's time and it wastes mine. I had a painful lump on my neck in the back. She prescribed an antibiotic but didn't tell me what it was until I went to pick it up and I can't remember ake that kind. It was a waste of time

Went in the office and they took me right away. I got into the examining room and Kristen came in right away. She is so nice and takes the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the prescriptions I needed to feel better. I have seen her two different times and she has been so caring and understanding both times that I saw her. I will definitely be going back if I need too. 😊

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Booked an appointment for 3pm and with one other in waiting room took almost 3 hours to get seen and leave unacceptable. It wasn’t even crowded! You are going to need to do better
