Went in for a COVID test so there were lots of procedures to take care of beforehand. Once that was done it was smooth sailing.

You have to wait in a long line at the front counter. They had one person helping people, and the other person was chatting with her friend. It was about 5pm in the evening. A very long wait to see a Dr. THEN, after your very brief appointment, they ask you to return and WAIT AGAIN in that SAME LONG LINE to "check out". The very same line that has 5 or 6 people who are checking in for care. Hello, I felt terrible and didn't feel like standing in line another 10++ minutes to check out. So I left. I also told the Dr. I saw that I was paying for the visit myself, so I didn't want to pay extra for a culture of my urine for my UTI. I was given an prescription during my visit. Much to my surprise I received a bill for a culture several weeks later. I just paid it. Overall, I would never use this facility again, it was super expensive and I didn't feel like they really cared about me or how I bad I felt.

When you think about the demographic that walks in the door of this office every walk of life is represented, every!....why they insist on hiring mostly young white woman that have no interest in their jobs least alone being helpful or caring to people’s problems with no worldly understanding of people’s life circumstances. If you get to see a doctor they are mostly ok, but heavens forbid if you have a question or a problem outside of your consultation ie prescriptions, referrals etc . Someone different answers the phone every time that can just about read or understand you. They seem more interested updating their status on their phones or being catty about each other out the back by the printer. Poorly run and difficult to deal with, just not well run at all, very rarely will someone call you back. Also plan on being their an hour, the doctors have no accountability for your time or even want to understand it. Mostly you will be seen 30-40 mins after your appointment time.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this Urgent Care facility. We were on vacation when my 8 year old son fell off a teeter totter and hurt his arm. We quickly ran to Emergency Care Dynamics in San Diego where they took X-Rays and told us his arm was not broken and just sent us home with ice. The next morning his arm was swollen and he was unable to move it. We ended up having to have surgery to pins put in It and he was in a cast for several weeks. I understand things are misdiagnosed, HOWEVER we were billed and charged for splint application and pediatric plaster which were NOT done. When calling their billing department, we were treated extremely rudely and they said I had signed paperwork stating his arm was broken. This is completely FRAUD and did not happen. The bill is not huge and not the issue, but it is completely a lie and they charged for things that they never did.

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
