          Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

          It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.

          Fantastic experience!  PCP had no appointments before the weekend.  I was pretty sure I had an UTI.  Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up. I was able to give my sample before the appointment even began. Megan was wonderful!  She is a gem! Keep her at all costs!  Great front desk service welcome and the medical attendants were so sweet. Everyone was engaged and had wonderful bedside manner.  So thankful!

          Woke up at 2AM with an obvious uti. Got online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Wait time was to be expected, there were several people in front of me. Went quick. Girl checking in was friendly. She also took vitals and all that. Dr. was very nice. Asked questions and gave suggestions to avoid future problems of this kind. I was in & out with Rx picked up in under an hour. All my experiences here are 10/10! Thank you for helping me feel better!!!!!!

          Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.
