I received a text message saying someone would call me back right away but that call never came. I then received an auto notice where I was asked to confirm or cancel my appointment so I just ended up cancelling it. But these follow on notices continued. If I am charged for a no show fee I will be raising an issue.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes.
