I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

The service was great since I couldn’t make it to my appointment the doctor make time to call me and get me all the help I needed, is very important for me because she really care for my health, thank you very much.

I’ve had a cold that I just can’t kick, and a possibly broken toe. I scheduled an appointment instantly and went to DOCS for both, and while I appreciated the medical assistant, he lost me when he wheeled in an iPad with a fast-talking doctor. Perhaps it was the 7% battery that rushed the appointment, but apparently my upper respiratory infection is because I use cotton swabs to clean my ears. So, now I have ear drops to clear out my sinuses and chest. Maybe I need to drink them? I had such a great experience when I almost cut off my finger, but this was a prime example of no one caring about anything except billing my insurance and taking a copay. If I wanted to talk to an iPad, I could have done telehealth at home (though the wireless otolaryngologist attachments were pretty cool, I admit). Sorry, DOCS. This piss-poor bedside manner just lost you a customer. Notice how I didn’t mention the toe. Yeah, neither did they.

Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.

It was easy when you are specific on your situation. So they know exactly what the situation is. I was in and out of the exam room ten minutes

Stopped in to have my earache looked at Only staff, no doctor?  Signing and mountain of unrelated questions, questions that most people don’t know , like tests done  , and when I have been there, many times, i left Because you don’t neef all that information for an ear ache

I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Doctors and staff were caring and friendly.  Highly recommend this Carmel office.

Had slipped at work 6 months ago and a week ago my knee was swollen out of the blue again so they referred me to an orthopedic the Dr was awesome I believe Dr Theresa , and I’m very thankful for such a professional

Was met with the friendliness of staff, all willing to go out of their way to help. Was there for a pre surgery check up and all made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Upon arrival was assisted as soon as I entered no waiting, everyone was courteous and helpful.

Always the most attentive staff and physician.  Always so patient and informative with all my health concerns.

I love coming here when it’s need be the staff is amazing and the care is great the doctors help out so much!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
