          The front desk in training was extremely rude . I walked in , her head was down , I’m sure she heard and saw me . If I did not greet her she would not have lifted her head to say anything . I told her the issue and before I could finish she goes “oh I would wait for her to come back because I’m just in training “ whether you’re in training or not greeting someone is common decency along with letting me know someone will be right with me . Her demeanor was completely off and unacceptable especially dealing with people in a doctors office. Everyone else was great.

          Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches.           I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

          The nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. However some of the test results were never communicated and I was told I would hear more about next steps after my appointment. I am also bothered by the lack of visit summaries and other details. Facility was clean and spacious, easy to schedule but I care a lot more about the record keeping and communication.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
