          From walking in the door, the girls up front registering and paying, zero wait time, MA accessing and vitals, my seats, blood, shots, and of course the dr visit was excellent.           My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

          Scheduling and check-in was super easy as I did it from the Solv app.  The staff was patient and sweet to my 2 toddlers who were both sick and rambunctious. The provider answered all my questions and even gave me tips on things to and not to feed them during their sickness to help with their congestion and diarrhea.

          I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.
