I had to have some blood work done and basically I just walked in and they had me in the back. The nurse was amazing. She took my blood and I literally felt nothing. I’ll be back and always thank you!

Love the APN! Great office staff & Dr’s, they were busy but was out within 1hr.

Ended up with spider bite on my leg that quickly became painful and inflamed. Walked in and was able to be seen and treated fairly quickly. Loved the very personable and professional doctor on duty. She answered all questions. Rx was sent to pharmacy and antibiotic protocol begun immediately. While it still looks awful, but far less painful today. Thank you for this great alternate to ER visit.  Recommend this facility.

Everything was A plus. we could not ask for better.  wait time was very short. staff was very caring and helping. yes. I always recommend them to my family and friends.

Every thing was awesome I got in and out and the staff called me by my name that was a big blessing.

Started as not feeling well the day prior to visiting urgent care. My boss tested positive for the flu so figured I might have caught it from him. My test were negative for both flu and Covid. Was seen very quickly and knew my test results in about 15 minutes. Definitely better than going to a big ER.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I go in and out in a short period of time.

Baptist Health Urgent Care on JFK did amazing. The staff was very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I needed answers to.

I was pretty sure I had a reoccurring bladder infection.  It was confirmed.  Everyone was very nice to me. Tim was awesome. So very helpful.

I was traveling from  NC to Arkansas I picked up a virus. Came  urgent care and received by loving , people'. I am feeling much  better now.

I was pleasantly surprised. The process went smoothly. The provider was knowledgeable and talked me through every step. Lab tests came back same day. I would recommend being seen here.

I have asked 3 times for a call back from management of this urgent care and although staff assured me they sent an email every time I requested I still have not heard back from management.  I have concerns about ethical treatment at this urgent care and no t getting a response from management leaves me little options but to report my concerns to my insurance provider Medicare and BCBS.

We were visiting from out of town and came in without an appointment after a fall caused a skin injury to my leg. After giving some preliminary information we were seen within 10 minutes. After taking my vitals, my wound was assessed, materials gathered, and treatment was completed. Then a dressing was applied and we were given medication and dressing materials needed for a change of the dressing later in the week. Everyone we contacted was knowledgeable, caring, professional and treated us like family. We would recommend this facility to anyone who requires urgent care. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

So happy I ended up at this clinic!!!!  The staff were outstanding!! Very professional yet friendly and compassionate.   I would highly recommend  this clinic and plan on  returning myself when needed.
