I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. I called on Saturday to move my appointment time and was forwarded to a voicemail box where I asked for a return call. I received a text message saying someone would call me back right away but that call never came. I then received an auto notice where I was asked to confirm or cancel my appointment so I just ended up cancelling it. But these follow on notices continued. If I am charged for a no show fee I will be raising an issue.
