My husband wanted me to go to Urgent Care; I didn’t because of the wait time. I was pleasantly surprised that the wait time was minimal, I received great care and was in my way home within one hour and feeling better.

My 6 year old autistic son has pink eye and I came to see about getting him antibiotics.. let the dr know what had happened the days before, fever, goofy eyes, that his eye was extremely red day before but still had goopy eye so I was concerned for it spreading and also let her know my 3 year old also had serious pink eye symptoms, gooopy eyes and bloodshot red all over about 3-5 days before…. she almost wouldn’t let me speak, rushed me and looked quickly at him all the while seeming irritated at him for his autism characteristics… and said “ no, he doesn’t have pink eye. He has a stye” mind you, he has no bump, or pimple like form on or near his eye(s) whatsoever.. not only that, but this morning his other eye is completely bloodshot and red and goopy too. She was just rude and I don’t believe she was interested in making us feel heard or like as if she had no patience for his special needs nor the fact of him being a hyper child whatsoever. I’ve almost never experienced a more disconnected dr at an urgent care before.

Jennifer is amazing! I went in with a corneal abrasion and she made me feel at ease. She took great care of my eye. She made me like she really cares about my well-being.

Thanks to the staff for their professionalism. They got my symptoms charted, reviewed did some medical test, diagnosed and called my script in immediately to pharmacy . Thank you for efficient teamwork in this urgent care facility!

This is the best urgent care we have ever been to it’s clean the staff is amazing and we were in and out quick. I would come here again, we came cuz my husband’s legs are swollen a the dr told him what it could be and what to do to help it…. Thank you Dr you are amazing. I would also recommend this place to everyone.

Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better. The staff was great and didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t necessary. Have been coming to this urgent care for years with my kids and it’s always a great experience. Thank you

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

I was pleased with my care today. The NP or Doc was kind and informative. Actually, this Staff member was working alone today and still provided me with excellent care. I live in Robson Ranch. It’s nice to have a place close. We are patients at Mayo Clinic. Yet, received great care at NextCare.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The medical care was excellent and the facility was very clean. Highly recommended.
