The pedestrian and staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

My experience from the receptionist to seeing the doctor was quick and I was impressed with the overall competence and care I received. Very good experience for my first visit

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.
