I called to make a reservation appointment for my son who was suffering from an ear infection. We were able to be seen that afternoon. Our appointment time was for 4:00 and we were done, walking out the door at 4:22! Granted I did arrive 15 min before our scheduled time to make the payment and confirm paperwork that I completed online, but still! It was great not having to wait forever. The doctor was great and had a plan within minutes of seeing my son. It was an excellent experience!

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

I was here with my precious grandson and had no wait time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The NP made my 18 mos. grandson feel at ease and he did not cry for the first time. She was very good with him.

I always recommend Next Care if a doctor is unavailable. I have never been disappointed by any of the staff, but it really helps to book your appointment ahead of time.
