I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy following the visit, however it’s more than 24 hours later and my pharmacy never received it. What is the point of seeing a medical professional and being told you need a medication if the medication is never prescribed?

I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility. I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms. I hope by Friday I am feeling better. For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see. I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.
