Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

I walked in without appointment and after a short wait I was treated for my eye problem. The care i got was excellent the staff listened and was very friendly. highly recommend E.I.

My daughter needed to be seen that day and PM Pediatrics was the place to go. We walked in, the friendly staff helped us check in as we’ve never been to this location before. The wait was not that long, the provider was kind, honest and put us at ease. Would definitely recommend this provider to our friends especially in situations when you’re unable to see your regular pediatrician. Thank you!

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Jeanette was incredible, caring friendly, knowledgeable.

Doctor couldn’t have been less friendly. She seemed annoyed at every question I asked and practically had one foot out the door during her 1 minute exam.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
