          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Both nurse and doctor were very attentive of my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable .  My appointment was on time, and handled timely with care, no rushing.  My meds were also called in immediately to ensure I did not have to wait.  This urgent care facility provides clean, safe and care with meaning.  I appreciate both Larry and Dr. Figueras for their compassion, support and care!!           I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful.           Couldn’t ask for more.  Friendly professional service.  Facility was spotless and I felt that my treatment by all was exceptional.  Within an hour, I had been tested, diagnosed and sent to the pharmacy for an antibiotic.  Follow up with my dr was strongly recommended. I walked out knowing that the dr I had just seen was concerned enough with me to want me to follow her instructions even after I left the facility.
