Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!
