This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

Myself and my son waited 3hrs, sick, no triage or even asked "are you ok". Felt like a number more than a sick patient. Felt like I was just there to give money to the establishment Staff was friendly though I will try not to come again unless it's an extreme emergency

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.
