The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I enjoyed chatting with nurse Nakita as she check my vitals. Get her some comfortable shoes level up! The Dr that tended to me was really nice, understanding and very supportive. She pointed out my blood pressure levels and I have been paying more attention to my diet and stress since. This visit was a breeze.

Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
