          I brought my father in law in. When I went to the check in desk no one was there & I had to scan him in. I think that’s ridiculous. He is an established Atlantic health patient, you have all his information. Why should I be doing someone’s job. And more importantly he is elderly & like most elderly patients can’t do that himself.

          I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Visit and staff overall friendly and helpful . Great and fast visit! My insurance wasn’t going through so I had to pay out of pocket which I understood wasn’t the front desk persons fault she tried calling my insurance multiple times and I appreciate her help so much!  I was told to call the next day to speak to a manager so that once the system was back up I could get a refund . I’ve been calling a few times and it keeps saying your office is closed but when the automatic voice recording tells me the clinical hours it says you guys are open . It’s just a little inconvenient for me to have to go in person because I work overnights and so during the days I’m trying to catch up on things to get ready to go back to work at night and so having to go in person if i do have to go in makes thinks harder
