          About a week ago (it's assumed) I was bitten by a house spider or insect whule moving boxes in my attic. I tried to treat the resulting rash but quickly saw professional cafre was needed. So I walked into Urgent Care without an appointment, and my previous high satisfaction with them continued to be justified. Check in was quick and easy. Jessoca was genuinely polite and professional. My wait was approximately a half hour. Joyce took my vitals and she was very pleasant and professional.  The PA reviewed my case and after a series of salient questions, prescribed an antibiotic topical and a oral medicine. The quality of care was excellent. The rash is startng to clear.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice.           I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!
