Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Was trying to get back on a medication I was prescribed for over two years. After I told them.how well it worked for me. Waste of my time which is very valuable with my work schedule. Which is the reason I was using telehealth in the first place. Will just have to make time to go back to my doctor who prescribed it to me for the two years.

Very easy walk- in! The staff could use some additional help. One person doing much of the work attending to patients

Didn’t have to make an appointment I just walk in and took me right away , people at the front desk were very nice and my waiting didn’t take that much . Then inside nurse was ver polite, profesional and I can same thing about the doctor, she listened to me and explained everything about my concerns .

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

They wrote the prescription to the wrong name wrong address which caused complete catastrophe  The worse office ever

I’ve been so impressed with my 2 visits there, I bought my husband because he had bad cold & chest congestion. He’s hard to please with his medical care. And he was very impressed with the entire experience. Emily was on top of everything, as usual. Ordered chest x ray, made pneumonia diagnosis & ordered appropriate medications. Great job again! Thanks to all the staff. Short wait time.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Very easy and convenient to book and appointment. I was unable to drive myself to the office today and was able to book a virtual visit which was extremely convenient and efficient.

I was seen on short notice with very little wait time. All staff were pleasant and made it a positive experience. I would use their services again and would recommend same to anyone else in need of 24hr emergency care.
