Staff is courteous and caring.

No onsite physician at the time waited for a teledoc visit at the office for over an hour wait and decided to leave without being seen

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had cramps and was attended in a timely matter they are very nice and no problems at all

Was seen to evaluate possible bladder infection. Medical assistant and senior provider were both kind and knowledgeable. Left with confidence that Visit was successful and was reassured that proper care was provided.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day.  Very clean, customer service was exceptional and no wait time. The doctor was informative and answered all questions. I will definitely be going back
