Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Dr Lee has a great manner and I trust her judgment. This was a visit just for a sore throat, but I had seen her previously for a more serious condition. There was a long wait for this appointment, but that was only because an emergency patient came in and the front desk staff informed me. The Fort Lee location is very convenient and it was easy to make the appointment. The front desk staffer was very friendly and accommodating. I would return to this office in the future. I would recommend this provider.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

This was my first urgent care experience. Everyone was friendly and professional.  They listened and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I would recommend them.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was extremely efficient. Nurse and PA were kind and patient. Will return
